SRT – Academy

In 2019, we launched the SRT Academy project, within the framework of which:

Trainings are provided for each SRT manager

Introduced distance learning through LMS (Ispring learn - the most progressive distance learning platform in Russian and Mongolian)

The project provides for two directions - for the sales department and general.

SRT Academy

This is a set of trainings for all SRT managers (including the sales department). The duration of the program is 10 years. Consists of 3 levels:

Basic
  • Time management
  • Feedback
  • Business writing skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Fundamentals of managerial knowledge
  • How to Conduct Effective Meetings
Middle
  • Work with suppliers (for the Brand management department and heads of the Sales department)
  • Fundamentals of trade marketing (for the Brand management department and heads of the Sales department)
  • Leadership
  • Working with a team
  • Making decisions
  • Marketing to non-marketers
Advanced
  • Change management
  • Basics of strategy (strategy, tactics, stratagems, management struggle)
  • Negotiation (advanced level)
  • How the business works (for managers)
SRT Sales Academy

This is a set of mandatory trainings for SRT sales managers.

The duration of the program is 5 years.

  • Sales Fundamentals (Visit Steps, How to Set Goals, DSPM, Sales Tools)
  • Assertiveness in sales
  • Telesales (telephone sales)
  • Work with objections
  • Convincing sales format
  • Negotiation skills
  • Sales finance (for everyone)
  • KAM 1 and KAM 2 (for employees of the modern retail department)
